About the role
- Qualify and convert inbound leads into new Growth Kitchen partners.
- Call and occasionally visit restaurants across the UK.
- Carry out meetings with leading restaurants virtually, on-site, and at Growth Kitchen sites.
- Explain Growth Kitchen's concept to operators, leading conversations all the way to closing deals.
- Think analytically about the inbound funnel: testing new ideas to improve conversion.
- Work very closely with marketing to shape top-of-funnel lead generation (ads, landing pages, A/B testing).
- Help build a scalable, world-class sales organisation.
- Work directly with founders and senior leaders with high autonomy and impact.
Requirements
- Recently (2022–2025) graduated from a top-tier university.
- Previous sales experience (internship, placement, or full-time job) is a big plus.
- Analytical mindset — you’re curious about data and enjoy finding creative ways to improve results.
- Interest in marketing, particularly inbound demand generation: paid ads, landing page optimisation, A/B testing.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup, deal with curveballs, and learn quickly.
- Passion for food and technology.
- A clear communicator with the client at the front of your mind.
