About the role

  • Growth Kitchen enables kitchen operators (e.g. hotels) to sell well-known restaurant brands from existing kitchens
  • Responsible for building network of kitchen operators; role based in London with calling and visiting prospects nationwide
  • Meet and work with restauranteurs to help boost revenues and profits; entry-level with rigorous training and cold-calling scripts provided
  • Small, fast-growing team working closely with founders; high standards and major impact opportunity
  • Generate business opportunities by calling and occasionally visiting restaurants
  • Carry out meetings virtually, at restaurant sites and at Growth Kitchen sites
  • Explain the concept and lead conversations through to closing deals
  • Help build a scalable sales organisation and build a career in sales

Requirements

  • Recently (2023-2025) graduated from a top-tier university
  • Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job
  • Desire to get involved in young startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales
  • Passion for the food sector and technology
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind
