About the role

  • Growth Kitchen's mission: make eating great food the norm; platform enables kitchen operators (e.g. Hilton) to sell well-known restaurant brands
  • London-based Sales Development Representative responsible for building network of kitchen operators
  • Call and visit prospective kitchen partners around the country and meet restauranteurs and entrepreneurs
  • Entry-level sales role with rigorous training, cold calling scripts and support
  • Work in a small, fast-growing team closely with founders and high standards
  • Generate business opportunities by calling and occasionally visiting restaurants in and out of London
  • Carry out meetings virtually, at restaurant sites and Growth Kitchen sites
  • Explain the concept to restaurants and lead conversations through to closing deals
  • Help build a scalable sales organisation and build a career in sales

Requirements

  • Recently (2023-2025) graduated from a top-tier university
  • Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job
  • Desire to get involved in young startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales
  • Passion for the food sector and technology
  • A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind
