About the role

  • Contact personal injury law firms across the country via calls & emails as the company's first impression
  • Set appointments for the Sales team
  • Carefully note actions after each contact and help analyze what’s working and what’s not
  • Help build lead generation strategies, messaging and systems for an early-stage startup
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams; thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Occasional travel to conferences or prospective clients as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Cold Calling (legal, software, or startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong SDR/BDR performance history (candidates with less than 3 years will be highly considered)
  • Expert cold caller/emailer; ability to pique interest and engage attorneys about software
  • Can work independently, stay up-to-date on industry standards, and stay hungry
  • Able to travel occasionally for conferences or to prospective clients (is a plus)
  • Great communication skills; results-driven; team player with strong character and values
