About the role

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from planning through launch and reporting
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for campaigns tied to product launches, demand generation, and brand awareness
  • Oversee execution across key channels, including: LinkedIn advertising and outreach, website updates, landing pages, and SEO/GEO/LLMO efforts, webinars, virtual events, and podcast syndication, tradeshows and customer engagements, partnership and co-marketing initiatives
  • Work in HubSpot to build and manage campaigns, forms, email marketing, and performance reporting
  • Manage the website and coordinate directly with developers or vendors as needed
  • Oversee development of content assets, including blogs, emails, sales materials, and landing pages
  • Coordinate and manage press releases and external announcements
  • Coordinate graphic design and creative production with freelancers, agencies, and internal partner teams to ensure work is on brand and delivered on time
  • Coordinate project management with the partner marketing organization to align timelines, assets, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align campaigns with business priorities
  • Manage external vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure high-quality, timely execution
  • Become an expert in the legal software industry and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong emphasis on execution (SaaS and/or legal industry experience preferred)
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels, not just owning one
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Solid understanding of demand generation and how channels work together in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing websites, content production, and creative workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership
  • Clear communicator who can translate direction into action
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow into expanded marketing leadership over time
