• Driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by proactively identifying and securing expansion opportunities, and partnering with your team to execute effective contract renewals with our strategic accounts.
• Leading commercial discussions, including the negotiation of contracts and detailed discussions around billing and pricing structures with C-level and executive stakeholders.
• Cultivating relationships with key business and technical leaders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the full customer lifecycle.
• Serving as the customer advocate, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to ensure alignment and curating product feedback to enhance the Beefree SDK.
• Showcasing an understanding of the Beefree SDK to align its capabilities with customer workflows and integrated applications to maximize value realization.
