About the role
- Plan, set up, optimize, and scale new ad campaigns and sources
- Generate ideas for new creatives, funnels, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaigns, report ROI results, and develop strategies for further development
- Create monthly/quarterly media buying plans and provide reports
- Identify new business opportunities based on the performance of acquisitions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in running campaigns with Google Ads/Bing;
- Must have experience in the gambling/betting domain;
- Ability to work with big advertising budgets;
- Experience with the marketing tools - Keitaro, Voluum;
- Deep understanding of PPC advertising principles and media strategies;
- Experience automating advertising campaigns using scripts and rules;
- Understanding basic marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CTR, etc.);
- Intermediate level of English;
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, identify and solve problems;
- Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking, fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
