About the role

  • Develop and manage VIP activations such as events and gifting campaigns;
  • Build creative briefs and ensure that each activity reflects the VIP brand positioning and strategy;
  • Prepare quarterly brand activation calendars;
  • Oversee full project lifecycle: concept → brief → approval → production → execution;
  • Coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure timely delivery of all elements according to brief and budget;
  • Prepare and manage project budgets;
  • Collect reports, photos, and video materials after each activation;
  • Track performance indicators (ROI, engagement, retention impact);
  • Ensure all activities meet brand guidelines, tone, and style;
  • Supervise design, gifting, and merchandise outputs;
  • Work closely with VIP Account Managers, SMM Managers, Procurement, and Legal & Finance teams.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in brand marketing, events, or activations (experience with premium or VIP audiences is a strong plus);
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience with creative briefing, vendor coordination, and reporting;
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Jira, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets;
  • Strong understanding of event production and gifting workflows;
  • Solid budget management and reporting skills;
  • Upper-intermediate in English (written and spoken).
