About the role
- Translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations for different stakeholders;
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Tableau reports;
- Work with data from multiple sources: validate, clean, and prepare data for analysis;
- Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives: identify inconsistencies, gaps, and collaborate on fixes;
- Support management and business teams with data-driven recommendations;
- Analyze traffic performance and unit economics across different regions;
- Develop KPIs and benchmark across different dimensions;
- Participate in the support and improvement of forecasting models.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics;
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets;
- Solid understanding of KPIs and unit economics (CPA, LTV, conversion rates, ROMI, retention, etc);
- Strong skills in data validation, metric logic structuring, and process automation;
- English — Upper-Intermediate (some teams operate in English).
