About the role
- Interact with potential candidates on professional networks and use various sourcing techniques;
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand the hiring needs and requirements for open positions;
- Build a sourcing strategy and funnels of candidates for future vacancies;
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants;
- Promote our employer brand online and offline;
- Maintain and develop candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer;
- Experience with tech and non-tech positions;
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques;
- Basic interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques;
- Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
- Ability to positively present our company;
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases will be a plus;
- Experience with iGaming or high-risk niches (will be a plus).
