About the role
- Manage the entire project lifecycle - from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
- Build, maintain, and drive project plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
- Handle high-risk projects, implement product changes, and plan and execute increments
- Communicate project progress, risks, estimations, and plans to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Organize and optimize team and cross-team processes in line with project and company goals
- Deliver complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage releases.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects
- Strong command of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
- Understanding of modern web technologies / client-server architecture development process
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects in environments with strict reliability and uptime requirements
- Ability to define and track data-driven KPIs, translating them into actionable improvements for delivery and operational efficiency
- Experience in fintech or payments (will be a plus)
- Expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to drive project success
