About the role
- Drive and scale traffic acquisition across paid, affiliate, and organic channels;
- Optimise key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) to improve performance and profitability;
- Analyse the full marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities;
- Manage budgets, focusing on the most efficient and high-ROI channels;
- Set up and maintain tracking systems (attribution, pixels, postbacks);
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Content teams to align efforts;
- Test new channels, creatives, and strategies through A/B testing;
- Improve marketing processes, automation, and reporting;
- Work with affiliates and partners to grow external traffic;
- Take ownership of results and drive continuous growth.
Requirements
- Experience in performance or digital marketing (traffic acquisition);
- Strong understanding of key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) and funnel analysis;
- Hands-on experience with tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, attribution tools);
- Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets;
- Data-driven approach and ability to work with analytics.
