About the role
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook verticals (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
- Manage promotional calendars including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, gamification mechanics, and seasonal offers
- Support full player lifecycle activities (acquisition activation, retention, reactivation)
- Build and maintain advanced customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data (casino activity, betting behavior, deposit patterns)
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
- Monitor daily campaign performance and conduct regular auditing of CRM activities
- Track and analyze key CRM KPIs (GGR impact, retention, ARPU, engagement metrics)
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve CRM performance across both verticals
- Process and prioritize requests from internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product teams during new GEO launches and feature rollouts
- Formulate requirements for CRM enhancements and refine existing processes
- Work hands-on with CRM automation tools (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io or similar)
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook)
- Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, free bet logic, player lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies
- Proven experience in segmentation and personalized communication strategies
- Practical experience with CRM automation platforms (Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — confident spoken and written communication for day-to-day collaboration in an international environment.
