About the role
- Own end-to-end product ownership of a performance-driven digital brand;
- Work hands-on with product and marketing funnels, identifying growth opportunities;
- Analyze and optimize conversion, retention, and monetization funnels;
- Initiate, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate product and growth hypotheses;
- Make data-driven product decisions with a strong focus on business impact;
- Coordinate cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Content, and Gamification teams;
- Initiate and launch new features and continuous product improvements;
- Define product priorities and contribute to roadmap and backlog management.
Requirements
- Have experience working with B2C IGaming products in performance-oriented environments;
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and hands-on work with product and growth metrics (retention, conversion, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU);
- Have practical experience with A/B testing and experimentation;
- Understand end-to-end user funnels, including acquisition, engagement, and monetization;
- Have experience in a product ownership role with responsibility for measurable outcomes;
- Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Have experience working with high-traffic platforms, scaling products, or launching new markets or brands.
