About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for Enterprise, Payor, and Partnerships B2B audiences
  • Architect the B2B marketing approach, including landscape, audience, channel, and method analysis
  • Develop B2B positioning and messaging architectures
  • Build and own integrated campaign roadmaps, objectives, and execution plans
  • Liaise between B2B business owners and the brand and marketing team
  • Partner with creative, product, product marketing, lifecycle, research, data, and other stakeholders
  • Develop insights and write creative briefs
  • Facilitate campaign kickoffs, strategic working sessions, and creative reviews
  • Ensure creative output aligns with broader brand strategy and B2B audience needs
  • Implement scalable planning and communication rhythms
  • Evaluate campaign performance with analytics and refine messaging strategy to improve business impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, or integrated marketing
  • Meaningful B2B experience, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments
  • Strong familiarity with B2B marketing dynamics, including longer sales cycles, hard-to-reach audiences, and seasonality dynamics
  • Proven track record developing positioning and messaging for B2B audiences
  • Experience with multisided marketplaces and/or healthcare is a plus
  • Expertise in writing creative briefs and developing messaging frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear strategic narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving organizations
  • Ability to build trust and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Strategic yet hands-on approach
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and clarify complex or emerging business areas
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Genuine passion for building brands with consistency and purpose
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC hub three days per week
  • Must answer whether sponsorship will be required to work in the United States
