About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and continuously improve Grow's core operating rhythms, including the Biweekly Business Review, OKR planning cycles, executive meeting cadences, and Town Halls
Design and facilitate executive offsites end to end, including structure, pre-work, logistics, facilitation support, post-offsite documentation, and follow-through
Manage OKR planning cycles from kickoff to completion, including framework, timeline, cross-functional working sessions, and system of record
Serve as the primary operational counterpart to Chiefs of Staff across Grow's functions
Coordinate cross-functional planning processes and company-wide initiatives
Leverage AI tools to automate coordination workflows and streamline information flow across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a chief of staff function
Ideally experience at a high-growth technology or healthcare company
Experience personally building and running recurring operating processes
Ability to diagnose operational breakdowns, propose fixes, and implement them with limited oversight
Strong project management skills, including building project plans, managing complex timelines, and coordinating senior stakeholders
Comfortable with strategic process design and hands-on execution, including scheduling, logistics, and executive meeting note-taking
Ability to design facilitation agendas for executive offsites and draft company-wide communications
Ability to influence without authority, manage up, and hold senior stakeholders to process expectations
Active use of AI tools to improve productivity and operational process quality
