About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously improve Grow's core operating rhythms, including the Biweekly Business Review, OKR planning cycles, executive meeting cadences, and Town Halls
- Design and facilitate executive offsites end to end, including structure, pre-work, logistics, facilitation support, post-offsite documentation, and follow-through
- Manage OKR planning cycles from kickoff to completion, including framework, timeline, cross-functional working sessions, and system of record
- Serve as the primary operational counterpart to Chiefs of Staff across Grow's functions
- Coordinate cross-functional planning processes and company-wide initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to automate coordination workflows and streamline information flow across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 7 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, or a chief of staff function
- Ideally experience at a high-growth technology or healthcare company
- Experience personally building and running recurring operating processes
- Ability to diagnose operational breakdowns, propose fixes, and implement them with limited oversight
- Strong project management skills, including building project plans, managing complex timelines, and coordinating senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with strategic process design and hands-on execution, including scheduling, logistics, and executive meeting note-taking
- Ability to design facilitation agendas for executive offsites and draft company-wide communications
- Ability to influence without authority, manage up, and hold senior stakeholders to process expectations
- Active use of AI tools to improve productivity and operational process quality
