Develop and maintain QA frameworks: Build standardized methodologies, audit templates, and KPIs to measure and improve quality.
Analyze historical processes: Identify recurring inefficiencies and propose systemic solutions to prevent future rework.
Support cleanup projects: Partner with cross-functional teams to remediate legacy process issues and align with payor expectations.

Requirements
2+ years of QA, auditing, or operations analysis experience in healthcare, ideally within credentialing and enrollment.
Strong understanding of healthcare provider onboarding, credentialing, and payor operations.
Keen attention to detail and ability to identify downstream impacts of process changes.
Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
Experience applying structured process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred).
Technical aptitude with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or Workato.
