About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective psychiatric prescribers (MD, DO, PMHNP), offering strategic guidance on how to start and scale their private practices on Grow.
  • Tailor your approach based on each provider’s license type, state requirements, and stage in practice—addressing prescriber-specific needs like Collaborating Physician arrangements, DEA requirements, and malpractice coverage.
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, even through nuanced operational or compliance questions.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prescribers to drive conversion and long-term engagement.
  • Partner with 30+ new providers weekly, maintaining a balance between high-volume execution and high-quality, consultative conversations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs across conversion, experience, and pipeline health metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, share insights, and continuously improve the Prescriber Experience.

  • You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment.

  • You’re collaborative, coachable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: You have prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS
