Key responsibilities & impact

Support and execute channel strategy across Amazon, TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb
Drive performance against revenue targets, contribution profit goals, inventory and margin guardrails
Translate high-level priorities into channel-level action plans
Lead execution of Amazon strategy across owned brands, including assortment, pricing and promotions, content and merchandising
Partner with agency to ensure priorities are clearly defined and delivered
Manage Amazon agency and QVC broker relationships
Set expectations, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
Partner closely with finance, inventory / supply chain, and owned brands teams
Align execution with inventory constraints, financial targets, and brand priorities
Support channel forecasting and inventory planning
Ensure plans align with operational realities and business goals
Flag risks early and recommend adjustments

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in ecommerce or marketplace roles with direct Amazon ownership
Hands-on experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central
Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable
Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Experience working across multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Hands-on operator mindset
