Key responsibilities & impact

Support Grove’s operating forecast (weekly/monthly)
Build and maintain models across:
LTV / CAC by channel
Marketing efficiency and spend allocation
Fulfillment and operational metrics
Identify risks, pressure-test assumptions, and proactively adjust outlook
Analyze paid media performance
Evaluate customer acquisition efficiency and cohort behavior
Partner with Marketing to optimize spend and improve paybacks
Model shipping, labor, and operational costs
Identify cost drivers and opportunities for margin improvement
Support international expansion
Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
Support leadership and board-level discussions as needed
Operate confidently in high-visibility environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent depth
Background in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or similar
Deep proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience working cross-functionally with business teams
Strong communication skills—able to translate complexity into clarity
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
