About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within the clinical framework
Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
Monitor member progress and document outcomes
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Active behavioral health licensure in Kentucky, including LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, or LCADC
Ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting
High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 PM as needed
Preferred background or experience in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment
