About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
- Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within the clinical framework
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Active behavioral health licensure in Kentucky, including LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, or LCADC
- Ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
- Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting
- High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
- Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 PM as needed
- Preferred background or experience in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment
