About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
  • Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within the clinical framework
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active behavioral health licensure in Kentucky, including LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LPC, or LCADC
  • Ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
  • Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 PM as needed
  • Preferred background or experience in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment
