About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT (primarily buprenorphine-based treatment)
- Deliver care via telemedicine across multiple markets, expanding access to treatment
- Support patients intensively during weeks 1–4, ensuring safe and successful treatment initiation
- Collaborate with counselors, care teams, and medical leadership to transition patients into ongoing care
- Provide clinical coverage and support across provider teams as needed
- Contribute to new care model innovations and service line development
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license
- Experience treating OUD with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred)
- Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine
- Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery
- Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (supported by Groups)
