Key responsibilities & impact

Support the delivery of high-quality care
Achieve quality goals and help implement new clinical protocols and initiatives
Serve as a role model, reflecting the organization’s treatment philosophy, goals and policies
Manage a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices
Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases and adhering to clinical policies
Provide direct clinical oversight and support on a regular basis
Drive great clinical outcomes for members by performance managing substance abuse counselors
Conduct individual and group clinical supervision
Conduct direct observation of counseling services to provide feedback and coaching
Partner with the Regional Director to ensure day to day functions run smoothly
Address quarterly chart review trends
Ensure clinical documentation is submitted in a timely manner
Assist in preparations for site audits
Provide Counselor coverage or other direct clinical services as needed
Participate in the interview process for Counselors
Perform quarterly/annual performance reviews for Clinical Staff and manage HR issues
Support development of training content and successful launch of new locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or similar field)
(2+) years of full-time behavioral health experience
Licensed as an LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPP, LPCC, LPCC-S, LCADC
At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health, at high-quality, reputable organizations
Knowledge of the local market and the addiction space – other treatment providers, local stakeholders, community organizations, etc.
Proven management experience leading people and teams
Experience hiring top talent, ideally across both clinical and non-clinical roles
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and own transportation to travel to multiple offices
The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to multiple office locations
