Key responsibilities & impact

Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities
Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
Monitor member progress and document outcomes
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR students enrolled in Masters' programs pursuing relevant credentials
Active or currently under supervision to obtain MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D.
RN & LPN acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation
Experience leading Group Therapy
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
