About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
  • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR students enrolled in Masters' programs pursuing the credentials
  • Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. RN & LPN also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation
  • Experience leading Group Therapy
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
