About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day
- Facilitate group discussions using a structured curriculum
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level clinician
- Independently licensed preferred
- Active or currently under supervision to obtain credentials: LADACII, LPC-MHSP Temp, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D.
- RN & LPN acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
