About the role

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators.
Provide direct supervision, guidance, and performance feedback.
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Drive accountability for regional and state-level KPIs.
Track and analyze performance metrics for improvement plans.

Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations management, case management, or care coordination at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists (where applicable).
Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
