Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
Facilitate group discussions using a 'plug and play' approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
