Feedback Strategy Support: Assist in the design and implementation of multi-channel strategies for gathering user feedback (e.g., in-product surveys, external tools, pop-up questions).
Survey Development & Deployment: Support the creation, testing, and deployment of surveys to gather quantitative ratings and qualitative commentary, under supervision.
Data Analysis & Synthesis: Perform initial analysis of structured survey data and unstructured text feedback to identify basic trends and themes; learn and apply statistical concepts under guidance.
Reporting & Data Visualization: Assist in developing and distributing feedback summary reports and creating dashboards for data reporting, focusing on clear and accurate representation.
Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive calendar and repository of all survey instruments.
Assist in producing regular feedback insight reports.
Support the categorization and organization of qualitative feedback.
Help provide qualitative and quantitative user feedback data to the Digital Pulse for storage and to Value Measurement and Customer Insights for deeper analysis.
Assist in consuming platform access from product teams to embed surveys; data storage and processing from Digital Pulse.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Survey Operations & Analytics team, including survey programmers, third-party vendors, and partners, for efficient survey execution and data collection.
Work with virtual, multicultural global teams.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in analytics, data science, or mathematics.
Relevant work experience in market/consumer research data analytics (projects/coursework/internships).
Preferred: Statistics/Applied Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, or Mathematics.
Strong experience in the field of market research and data analytics.
Strong analytical capabilities: foundational understanding of data management, processing, and analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of additional tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Market Sight, VBA, SQL will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and hands-on experience in Python for data analysis is a plus.
Ability to work with multiple, geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Strong interpersonal skills and credibility – collaborative, team player with strong work ethic and service excellence orientation.

Strong data interpretation capabilities: Eager to learn and use Alteryx and advanced Excel for survey data transformation and processing.
Knack for graphical representation of analytical outputs and eager to learn visualization tools including PowerPoint, Tableau, and Market Sight.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, dealing with ambiguity and unstructured situations.
