About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, negotiate and finalize direct and indirect procurement contracts (service agreements, supply of goods, IT services, etc.).
- Ensure contractual relationships are managed and monitored throughout their lifecycle.
- Advise and support operational teams on all legal issues related to purchasing.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation with suppliers or service providers, in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Lead document governance by drafting and updating contract templates, guides and other reference materials.
- Actively contribute to the digitalization of the legal function, notably through the adoption and deployment of generative AI tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Master’s degree in Business Law (equivalent to French Master 2).
- You have at least 2 years of experience gained in a law firm or within the legal department of a large international group.
- You are experienced in negotiating contracts involving complex issues.
- Excellent analytical and advisory skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in legal English, both written and spoken, is essential.
