About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively manage the agenda, priorities and deadlines of the Executive Management
  • Organize meetings, appointments, business travel and working sessions
  • Prepare files, materials, notes, presentations and agendas for various committees and meetings
  • Coordinate and facilitate governance bodies (executive committees, team meetings, seminars)
  • Track action plans and ensure smooth information flow
  • Support onboarding of new employees
  • Manage administrative and budgetary follow-up (purchases, invoicing, vendors)
  • Draft, proofread and format documents and communications in French and English

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education (minimum Bac+2/3) with at least 7 years’ experience in executive support
  • Excellent command of office and collaboration tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to synthesize information, in both French and English
  • Ability to work confidently in an international environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Operational to fluent level of English required
