About the role

  • Coordinate the preparation of packaging artwork files through to printing, ensuring compliance with the marketing brief (copy, illustrations, layout, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with technical constraints and color specifications
  • Manage the incorporation of corrections and the back-and-forth between stakeholders in collaboration with graphic designers
  • Obtain validation of artwork documents from stakeholders involved in the documentation process
  • Initiate and oversee translations and ensure documents are validated by subsidiaries
  • Monitor adherence to the documentation process and raise alerts in case of delays or non-conformities
  • Facilitate cross-functional document validation meetings
  • Check and approve print-ready proofs ("bon à graver")
  • Participate in establishing processes and best practices related to packaging graphic production

Requirements

  • You hold a qualification in Graphic Arts/Printing or a business school degree
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in project management at a brand/advertiser or in an agency (including internships and work placements)
  • You are organized, rigorous, proactive, and curious
  • You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Office suite)
  • Ideally, you have familiarity with desktop publishing (DTP) software
  • You also have knowledge of the print production workflow (graphic production chain)
