About the role
- Reporting to the Group Human Resources Directorate, you will be responsible for HR management across a scope of 10 to 15 supermarkets
- Support and advise store Managers and Directors on all HR matters
- Oversee disciplinary management and ensure proper procedural compliance
- Supervise employee relations and oversee works council elections
- Ensure compliance with labor law and Group agreements
- Conduct social audits and define corrective action plans
- Manage strategic recruitments and implement training initiatives
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Human Resources or Labor/Employment Law
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a generalist HR role or as a regional HR manager, ideally in large-scale retail, grocery retail or a multi-site environment
- Strong expertise in labor law and collective/employee relations
- Leadership, strong coaching skills and an excellent advisory approach
- Strong analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Both strategic and hands-on operational approach
- Field-oriented, autonomous and able to manage sensitive situations
