About the role
- Stocking shelves, cleaning, and aisle/shelf signage
- Replenishing the sales floor in accordance with layout and presentation guidelines
- Welcoming and serving customers within your department
- Supporting your manager with team leadership, coordination, and supervision
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary qualification in business/commerce (Bac+2) or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of department/aisle management
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and service skills
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Punctuality, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs
- Autonomy and a team-oriented mindset
- Good listening skills and curiosity
