About the role

  • Naturally commercial and managerial, you are bold and creative.

  • The Department Manager oversees the overall operation of one or more departments, reporting to the Store Director, with a focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for replenishment, merchandising and the commercial activation of your area.
  • You are accountable for achieving quantitative objectives (sales, financial performance) and qualitative objectives (audits, customer satisfaction), in accordance with the PROVENCIA Group's commercial policy.
  • You are responsible for leading and organizing your team's activities, in line with the PROVENCIA Group's social policy.
  • You contribute to the overall life of the store.
