About the role

  • A natural retailer and manager, you are bold and creative.
  • You know how to coach, unite and develop the skills of your employees.
  • With a strong commercial mindset, the Department Manager oversees the overall activity of one or more departments under the authority of the Director, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for stock replenishment, merchandising and commercial promotion within your area.
  • You ensure achievement of quantitative targets (sales, management results) and qualitative targets (audits, customer satisfaction), in compliance with the PROVENCIA Group's commercial policy, while controlling costs and following procedures.
  • You are responsible for the animation and organization of your team's activities (2 people), in accordance with the PROVENCIA Group's social policies.
  • You take part in the overall life of the store.
