About the role
- A natural retailer and manager, you are bold and creative
- You know how to coach, unite and develop your team’s skills
- The Department Manager oversees the overall activity of their department(s) under the authority of the Store Director, aiming to achieve the highest customer satisfaction
- You are responsible for supply management, the presentation and merchandising, and commercial activity within your area
- You are accountable for achieving quantitative objectives (sales, financial results) and qualitative objectives (audits, customer satisfaction)
- You are responsible for leading and organizing your team’s activities (6 to 8 people)
