About the role
- Participate in the analysis and negotiation phases of contractor bids up to the finalization of contracts
- Develop execution schedules and organize the construction site
- Ensure compliance with the architectural design through review and approval of plans
- Oversee the execution of works to ensure proper implementation
- Coordinate interventions of external technical subcontractors
- Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring the resources and measures implemented by contractors
- Administrative and financial follow-up for organizing the safety committee inspection
Requirements
- 4th- or 5th-year engineering student
- Motivated to pursue a career in the construction sector (building and civil engineering)
- Seeking a 4–6 month internship with responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Recognized for thoroughness and the ability to take initiative
- Valid driving license (Category B) required; travel expected
