About the role
- Primary point of contact for the various on-site stakeholders
- Organize and ensure the execution of the project
- Split your time between office work and site visits
- Ensure the smooth progress of the works
- Responsible for quality, deadlines, and adherence to the budget
- Prepare and review administrative documents
- Provide technical expertise to the project teams
- Supervise and train junior staff assigned to your operations
Requirements
- Degree in Building/Civil Engineering
- Initial proven experience in execution-phase project management (maîtrise d'œuvre d’exécution)
- Experience with commercial building projects is a plus
