About the role
- Design and oversee projects incorporating natural ventilation, environmental quality, and renewable energy
- Ensure compliance with RTAADOM, seismic and anti-cyclonic standards
- Develop optimized bioclimatic designs suited to La Réunion's climate and topography
- Use BIM (ArchiCAD, Revit) for modeling and coordination
- Collaborate with consulting firms, engineers, craftsmen, and local institutions
Requirements
- Qualified architect
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Excellent command of RTAADOM and regulations applicable to the French overseas departments (DOM)
- Advanced BIM skills and proficiency in ArchiCAD and Revit
- Expertise in bioclimatic design and materials adapted to a humid tropical climate
- Thorough knowledge of La Réunion and sensitivity to local architectural heritage
- Strong management and organizational abilities
