About the role
- Develop and retain a client portfolio through personalized follow-up.
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential clients.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from needs assessment to closing the sale.
- Ensure used vehicles are presented attractively on the sales floor and online.
- Negotiate sales terms with customers to achieve commercial targets.
- Participate in vehicle inventory management and optimize the showroom and sales space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any disputes.
- Analyze market trends and propose strategies to improve sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a sales advisor (proven).
- Excellent prospecting skills and a track record of developing new clients.
- Strong customer relationship skills to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies tailored to the used car market.
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Self-motivated and organized in managing daily tasks.
- Enthusiastic about the automotive sector and committed to staying informed of market trends.
