About the role
- Sell and coach others to sell financing solutions and customer loyalty products in compliance with group processes
- Responsible for the renewal rate
- Train and develop sales staff; pass on expertise
- Update activity tracking daily
- Prepare financing files and ensure they are processed/paid
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Sales-oriented, tenacious, challenge-driven, competitive, committed, organized, dynamic, rigorous; able to manage teams and assert authority
- Knowledge of financing and/or the automotive sector is a clear additional asset
- Experience as a car salesperson is a plus
