About the role
- Greet and advise customers on new and used vehicles
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate prices and sales terms
- Provide personalized follow-up to customers and their requests
- Close sales and manage the corresponding administrative files
- Keep knowledge of vehicle models and available options up to date
- Participate in promotional events and motor shows
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in selling new and used vehicles
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships
- Thorough knowledge of vehicle features and technical specifications
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
