About the role
- Develop and retain a customer portfolio by providing personalized follow-up.
- Carry out prospecting activities to identify new potential customers.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from identifying needs to closing the sale.
- Ensure used vehicles are presented attractively on the sales floor and online.
- Negotiate sales terms with customers to achieve commercial objectives.
- Participate in vehicle inventory management and optimize showroom/lot space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any disputes.
- Analyze market trends and propose strategies to improve sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a proven sales advisor.
- Excellent prospecting skills and experience in developing new customers.
- Mastery of customer relationship techniques to ensure optimal satisfaction and loyalty.
- In-depth knowledge of merchandising strategies tailored to the used car market.
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Autonomy and rigor in managing daily tasks.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive sector and a commitment to staying up to date with market trends.
