About the role
- Manage and lead the sales team to maximize commercial performance (2 used vehicle salespeople)
- Oversee sales operations
- Manage the used vehicle inventory
- Coordinate with used vehicle coordinators
- Develop the dealership site
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Analyze market trends and adapt sales plans accordingly
- Monitor performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Oversee used vehicle stock management to optimize sales volume
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in used vehicle sales
- Excellent team management and development skills
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
- Customer relationship management and retention skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM software
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
