About the role
- Responsible for the used vehicle buy-back policy and vehicle valuation.
- Managing used vehicle margin (purchase price, reconditioning costs, pricing).
- Developing additional sales (financing, warranties, services).
- Ensuring compliance with Ford brand standards and group processes.
- Working closely with the workshop and new vehicle department to streamline used-vehicle flows.
