About the role
- Responsible for all activities contributing to the completion of new vehicle sales
- Prospecting, developing and retaining customers
- Vehicle sales
- Selling financing packages and ancillary products
- Follow-up with the secondary/intermediary network
- Physical inspection and valuation of used vehicles
- Negotiation of trade-in values
- Handling customer complaints
