About the role
- Greet and receive customers at the dealership and manage appointments
- Manage the used vehicle stock (photography, display, videos, price labeling)
- Assess trade-in values
- Handle telephone prospecting and online leads
- Present selected vehicle models to customers
- Prepare comprehensive offers (financing, maintenance, services), coordinate test drives and close sales
- Follow up with customers from order confirmation through vehicle delivery
