About the role

  • Establish project/site budgets in collaboration with project teams and forecast related costs and revenues
  • Perform rigorous tracking of actual costs versus budgets, identify variances and propose corrective actions to project managers/directors across the different offices
  • Conduct occasional visits to construction sites across all our offices
  • Assess project profitability by analyzing margins and financial risks and recommending improvements (P&L and cash flow statement)
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
  • Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payment of customer invoices (follow-ups as required according to our internal procedures)

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction or engineering (experience in a permanent position preferred)
  • Strong command of budget management, project management processes and related financial issues
  • Rigour in collecting and processing data
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Good listening and communication skills
