About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of the Studies team, translate client needs into quantified, optimized technical solutions
Prepare pricing studies and compile bids
Produce complete cost estimates for projects (overall budget estimates - all trades/TCE)
Analyze prospects' requirements and convert their expectations into concrete technical solutions
Provide occasional technical expertise to the works teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or a master's degree specialized in real estate project management
8 years of proven experience in owner's representative (AMO), project ownership, general contracting or main contracting
Proven expertise in estimating construction projects across all trades
Good knowledge of RE2020 and certifications (BREEAM, HQE)
Rapid ability to become autonomous
Strong writing skills, precision and high flexibility
