About the role
- As part of the Studies team, translate client needs into quantified, optimized technical solutions
- Prepare pricing studies and compile bids
- Produce complete cost estimates for projects (overall budget estimates - all trades/TCE)
- Analyze prospects' requirements and convert their expectations into concrete technical solutions
- Provide occasional technical expertise to the works teams
Requirements
- Engineering degree or a master's degree specialized in real estate project management
- 8 years of proven experience in owner's representative (AMO), project ownership, general contracting or main contracting
- Proven expertise in estimating construction projects across all trades
- Good knowledge of RE2020 and certifications (BREEAM, HQE)
- Rapid ability to become autonomous
- Strong writing skills, precision and high flexibility
